Welcome to my personal page
I am often described by others as an instigator of innovation driven by a passionate curiosity. For me, it is important in life to selflessly contribute to the well-being of others. I encourage my teams to be intentional with their actions while building trusted relationships with compassion and humility as what we do in life echoes in eternity.
Maintaining a strong faith with purpose and a personal commitment to strategic forward thinking has always served me well. I seek to inspire and enrich the world by mentoring and developing dynamic individuals to become the next generation of authentic business leaders and trendsetters. Lead to build genuine trust by respecting others, remaining open to new approaches, and always practice ethical leadership to influence the positive change you seek.

It is a pleasure to meet new friends.
These portfolio highlights are designed to offer a glimpse into my life experiences, competencies, and passion to achieve excellence. I firmly believe that being more socially connected with family, maintaining authentic long-lasting friendships, and seeking new opportunities to expand community all lead to a more fulfilling life.
My Family
Cathy and I met after graduating from high school in 1985 despite growing up in different suburbs in southeastern Michigan. She is the love of my life, and together we raised two wonderful sons who were competitive athletes and have grown into responsible men. We owned six homes (including two new construction) during our life together across three states, and in March of 2024 became first-time grandparents to Cecilia Paige. We enjoy spending time in the kitchen together cooking, hiking the desert mountain trials, taking long walks along the beach with Rio, traveling to new destinations, and socializing with family and friends (or any foodies really) around a fire with a good bottle of wine. We have faith in God and believe strongly that trusted relationships are essential to a quality life.
